Read labels with care. “Unaffiliated” is a chosen North Carolina registration category, not a blank party field. A registration date marks an event in the voter record and may reflect an update or transfer. It is not proof of the date a Carrboro resident first moved to an address. A postal city can also differ from the municipality or voting district, so Carrboro identity should be checked against the geographic fields.
North Carolina Confidential Voter Data
